This requires not just a very well coordinated appointment-/relocation plans with all the trades, but also a continuous supervision, a Budget-/Costs control and a constant feedback to clients in the form of construction discussions and workshops.

The implementation phase includes the following tasks:

• Fixing timetable and relocation plan
• Examination and approval of drawings
• Budget and cost control
• coordination of different works
• On-site coordination of contractors’ performance scope
• Monitoring installation works
• Coordination and recording of construction meetings
• Commissioning and acceptance
