Implementation
In the implementation phase ,,we will bring everything to life'' that previously has been designed on paper .
This requires not just a very well coordinated appointment-/relocation plans with all the trades, but also a continuous supervision, a Budget-/Costs control and a constant feedback to clients in the form of construction discussions and workshops.
The implementation phase includes the following tasks:
- Fixing timetable and relocation plan
- Examination and approval of drawings
- Budget and cost control
- coordination of different works
- On-site coordination of contractors’ performance scope
- Monitoring installation works
- Coordination and recording of construction meetings
- Commissioning and acceptance
